Robert has developed and implemented sustainability program at Jackson Family Wines over the last two years. He has twenty one years of wine business experience in a broad spectrum of positions evenly split between operations, marketing and sales.

JFW is a family owned company founded in 1982. To ensure the highest quality they own and manage over 33,000 acres of estate vineyards throughout California’s coastal regions. They market over 35 brands from their 21 wineries in California, Bordeaux, Tuscany, Chile and Australia. Achievements of their sustainability program include installing procedures and equipment to conserve 9,200,000 kWh per year equal to 1,500 homes usage. They’re currently launching a program for ISO 14001 and LEED certification for all facilities.

Kevin Moss

Kevin Moss is responsible for implementing BT’s corporate social responsibility strategy in North America, which covers a broad scope of sustainability issues, including environment and climate change impact, community investment, and business ethics. His key focus areas include sharing BT’s CSR experience with customers and helping them understand how BT can help them meet their CSR objectives. Moss previously oversaw voice and data product management for BT Americas, including product strategy, new product development, and geographic expansion across systems, networks, operations, and channels.

Michelle Price

Michelle Price is worldwide environmental strategic marketing manager in the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) at HP. She is responsible for global environmental marketing strategy and planning across all of the group’s businesses, segments and regions. Additionally, Price has penned a guidebook to environmental communications, titled 42 Rules of Green Marketing, which is scheduled to release in September 2010. Previously, Price managed IPG’s global marketing readiness for the Microsoft Windows Vista® release. She also held advertising, marketing communications and new product introduction management positions in IPG and the Personal Systems Group at HP. She additionally has experience in the consumer, small and medium business and enterprise segments. Prior to joining HP in 1998, Price worked as account executive and creative business manager at Rives Carlberg Advertising. Based in Vancouver, Wash., she has a master’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, and a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from Mississippi State University. Scott Bolick

Scott works within SAP’s Sustainability Organization, where he leads a core team of sustainability experts that define and ensure the execution of our sustainability strategy as well as orchestrate our participation in the portfolio process. Previously, Scott was a VP for SAP Portfolio Strategy Group (PSG), which is responsible for the company’s portfolio governance process and drives key cross-topics portfolio priorities. Scott focused on three cross-topic priorities: software-as-a-service, mergers & acquisitions, and sustainability solutions . Previously, Scott was a consultant for both McKinsey & Company and Accenture. While working in McKinsey's Silicon Valley Office, Scott provided guidance on corporate strategy, go-to-market plans, and partnership opportunities to the world's leading independent software and hardware vendors. During his time with Accenture (then Andersen Consulting), he recommended and implemented technology designed to improve the business processes of media and entertainment clients. Scott also served as the Vice President, Secure Networks Solutions and Applications, at Enterasys Networks. In this role, Scott provided leadership for the company's security software to include product management, solutions marketing, and partnership development.

Additionally, Scott served in various leadership roles in the US Army during his five years of service. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the United States Military Academy (West Point). Speakers

As Director of brand marketing for Jenn-Air and KitchenAid, Maynard oversees a broad range of worldwide marketing activities for the brands.

Previously, as Global Director of Corporate Social responsibility, he was responsible for guiding efforts to advance the positive reputation of Whirlpool Corporation.

In 2001, Maynard co-created Cook for the Cure, which has raised more than $8 million globally for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and other organizations dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.

Prior to joining Whirlpool, Maynard held community college administrative and faculty positions and spent many years in the hospitality business. He has spoken at numerous professional conferences, and holds an MBA and undergraduate degrees in business administration, hotel management and the culinary arts. Speakers

Sustainability Strategist, 25 Years in Social and Environmental Responsibility for Large Corporations, Complex Supply Chains and Government. As Former Director of Environmental Sustainability at HP, Ms. Nixon managed the vision, strategy, marketing, messaging, employee engagement and stakeholder relations program for the corporation. As HP’s Ethical Sourcing Director for more than a decade, Bonnie implemented the world’s largest and most complex electronic ethical and sustainable supply chain program. Prior to HP, Ms. Nixon owned an environmental planning and Communications Firm, Circlepoint, where she managed public and private sector projects with business, community and public agencies. Geetha Murali is Development Manager on Room to Read’s Global Corporations and Foundations team. Geetha has over eight years experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors, having worked with pharmaceutical companies GlaxoSmithKline and Chiron, as well with educational technology programs like the Digital Equalizer Program (American India Foundation) and Adobe Youth Voices (Adobe Systems Incorporated). During her time with the American India Foundation, she was responsible for several corporate partnerships with technology companies that supported the growth of the Digital Equalizer program into 13 states across India. More recently, she was also Marketing Director for a technology company in the mobile web and social marketing space that launched at DEMO Fall 2008. Jessica L. Bier is a Director in Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads Deloitte’s Human Capital Enterprise Sustainability practice. Jamie has been able to help coordinate and execute plans which strike a balance between big-picture drivers and effective technical delivery.
